"Was there for three nights. Cons: Bathroom sink was clogged the first two nights. Hair dryer did not work. No mini fridge, microwave or coffee pot. Vending machine in lobby wasn’t working. One morning there was no staff at the desk for 2-3 hours. Pros: Unique hotel with interesting history. Fun to see celebrity names and photos in rooms where they stayed many years ago. Friendly staff. Sink was fixed after second request. No issues with Wi-Fi. Coffee available in the lobby in the morning. I was on the 4th floor, and the room was comfy and quiet even with a bar/cocktail lounge downstairs with music. Nice location, walking distance to downtown Flagstaff and Amtrak station. Overall, I liked it and would stay again."

"Entering the office for to first check in, smelt like a spoiled food. Not pleasant. Path to room by elevator and staircase was untidy. Floor entrance ground had all sorts of stains and gum marks. Pool which was not open - contained greenish standing water covered in dust a debris floating at the surface. Room floor was not cleaned/mopped properly and hair on some of the towels that appeared intertwined in the towel material. Bed comforter had stains. When we called to get the WiFi password - the phone was filthy. Brown stains on the side of handle. The screws were loose on the Security lock on the inside of the door 3 out of 5. Had to place screw back in. Upon check out - there was no in person in the office. Instead a live kiosk agent was assisting via an automated camera machine. Thus, lack customer satisfaction."

"Good breakfast and the property was clean. I gave it 4 stars because we had no hand soap in our room and the bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy. "

"Rooms were not very clean. There were flys in our room -alive and dead. Dead flys in the shower and the floor. The floor was also terribly dirty. I lifted up my foot and it was black. Also the build is nonsmoking and there were two gentleman smoking right outside their doors and the smoke carried right up to the second floor where we were staying. "
