"The hotel was close to the university of Washington and close to the train station.... it is in a scary part of town with a lot of homeless people and drug use"
"Great place to stay if wanting to be close to downtown! The only thing I would change is the spider webs in the backyard makes it difficult to enjoy the beautiful yard. The light in the bathroom seems to flicker and turn off and the fan is delayed when there is anything plugged in. The place was clean and the host is very communicative! I would definitely stay again. "
"The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that "
"Old but charming building. Updates were sufficient that outlets and lights were available wherever they were needed. The entire staff was helpful and friendly! Would stay here again the next time we're in town!"
"Love the convenience of the downtown space. Super clean, nice view, and easy to get to everything. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Will stay here again when downtown Seattle. "
"Only four blocks from waterfront but the blocks are so steep it’s nearly impossible for anyone over 60 to make the walk. We ended up going 4 blocks over where the ground leveled a bit and then the 4 blocks down to the waterfront and Market. "
