We arrived late and I explained I’d requested a twin and they said they had booked me a double, I explained was sharing with my sister and the manager offered us 2 double rooms as an apology they didn’t have two twin rooms. Great hotel, big room with desk so perfect for work. Lots of parking at a small cost. Breakfast was great, room really clean and gym access 24 hours which is perfect when youve worked late. Staff are really friendly.

We had a great stay at this hotel last weekend. The room was clean, spacious and perfect for our family of four, giving us plenty of comfort. The staff was absolutely brilliant—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options, including plenty for vegetarians. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

I’ve stayed here before and the rooms have always been comfortable although a little chilly and I still haven’t worked out how to use the heating. The food has improved and breakfast was a real delight

Perfect other than public toilets remained dirty

Amazing staff really helpful and lovely hotel and breakfast. Th only let down was the public toilets jn the lobby. From checking in to checking out (24 hrs) the mens and ladies loos remained dirty. (Stains in all loos) no loo rolls and a pair of old shoes disgarded in ladies. They were grim and e told mmbers of staff at the night time bar. My partner was quite shocked to see the mens in the same state on checkout today. That needs addressing as otherwise a perfect stay.
