"Our room was typical for a Premier Inn - clean, comfy bed but just provided the basics. The weather during our stay was very hot - rooms are not air conditioned. A fan was provided, but the window was small so not much air circulation. Leaving the window open masde the room noisy from the pub customers and then all night from the adjacent and busy A45."

"It's a fairly basic 3* hotel. It's right in the services, so handy for grabbing a bite and the have a breakfast voucher option for £7.50 that gets you £10 to spend in the services. Hotel was clean, albeit a bit tired. Beds were comfortable enough, but one of our mattresses had a bit of a dip. Fan in the room was appreciated. "We had a lovely weekend at The Red Lion. The staff were incredibly helpful both ahead of and during our stay, and the pub food and breakfasts were very tasty. Our room felt a little dated and in need of maintenance in places, especially in the bathroom, but it served its purpose for our stay and we would be happy to go again."

No hotel information in the room, corners of the bathroom floor were grubby and one of the window latches were broken. "Best stay I’ve been to so far place was clean property owner was always reachable, all amenities were luxurious and pleasant. Room was spacious we was doing some filming too and the property owner was cool even jumped in part of the video. 😂 Had a great time"

"The parking is at the road edge ' not secure ' but ok. The railway line is close with regular trains, my room was very clean and nice linen, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, cooked full English was ok but it seemed they were trying too hard."
