"We always stay in Hampton Inns to get consistent mid-grade quality. But here? The carpeting in the room was so dirty, our feet were black & we had to wipe them on a towel before getting in bed. The TV glitched constantly. There were no phones in the room so you had to get dressed & take the elevator down to the front desk to ask about something. Finally, the room thermostat was glitchy. One time the heat button got stuck. Another time, it wouldn’t switch to cooling mode. And the breakfast? ...

"The property was good, just no lights."

"Amazing stay. So relaxing"

"very unfriendly front desk clerk"

"Good location, clean, well maintained. Room was nice with a fridge and comfortable bed. There was a large group of people with children during our stay overtaking the fitness center and pool table making them unusable. Signage was not posted as to age requirements for gym, so we didn’t say anything."

"It was very clean and all staff we courteous. Would recommend anyone to stay."

"The bed was terrible, it was literally a soft mattress like wore out soft. I see. 10 roaches during my stay I was scared to close my eyes ,I would not and will not recommend this place"

Dust on the lamp shades and the USB ports didn't work for charging phones. Nothing too terrible and I would stay there again in the future but would request to move rooms immediately if the a/c is in that same condition. In my opinion that room should not have been open for guests , if it were earlier...

"Everything was good"

"We loved the big pool, the lazy river and the convenience of having the beach just steps away! The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff were helpful and nice everywhere ant the hotel except in the little gift shop by the pool. I would not order food or buy things in that poolside shop again. The pizza was actually decent but the women working there act like you are invisible. I waited for like 15 minutes by myself first in line yet they kept working in front of me like I wasn’t there. I...

"The property was well Renovated and maintained. Only draw back was only ice maker on 4th floor. Dana was very helpful. The Costa coffee was fresh and taste great, loved that it's made fresh per cup. Would stay again."
