Unit was clean and comfortable. Furniture was old and needed replacing. Nice deck to sit on. View was fabulous. Good location right next to the end of Wildwood boardwalk.

Great Location, easy stay
Our group had a fantastic stay! Communication re: COVID guidelines was clear, and check-in was done with limited contact. Staff checked in daily to see if we needed towels/trash removed. Location was perfect, right at the foot of the boardwalk. They even let us leave our car in the lot to squeeze some post-checkout beach time. Definitely recommend.

Excellent choice for beachfront stay!! Room was well equipped with ALL kitchen essentials. A full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeepot, pots, pans,and utensils. Nice balcony with chairs, tables and ashtray (if needed) Pool was gorgeous - a little warm for my liking. I am already looking forward to next year ! Thank you to the outstanding staff and management for a fantastic vacation !

Condo close to Boardwalk , right on the beach.
Nice unit on 2nd floor. Great view. Daniel the manager is great. Location is great at beginning of Boardwalk. Quiet location. There is no elevator and it is 3 stories. Pool is really nice with BBQ area

It was misleading by the picture on line. The lady at front desk wasn’t customer friendly. The pool was for hotel guests only. She let her grandkids swim in pool. I asked her a question she gave me attitude. Exhaust fan Sounded like a old car trying to start. I feel sorry for the guy she worked with at desk. It seems like he wanted to do right thing for customers but she wouldn’t let him do it. My room was supposed to be ocean view, only I had was pool view. I lost my wife in January. Trying to show my kids a nice place to stay for the weekend. Had my worst experiences for a long time. Feel sorry for my kids for bad experience. It wasn’t worth the money I spent for bad experience we had.

Be careful with only booking
The location was great! Just the price for the hotel didn't match with the comfort. Hotels.com displayed the room as suitable for 4 adults and 2 kids. We traveled as a family of 5. Due to the fact that our eldest son is 16 year already the hotel booking was confirmed with 50% extra cost. This cost wasn't mentioned in the offer of hotels.com and we never got any feedback from hotels.com, how to handle this issue. Extra cost didn't mean extra comfort. The room and the beds were too small for a family of 5. The extra sofa was a joke. Impossible to sleep a single night on and not at all to spend your vacations on. All in all, great location, but bad job and no support of the booking portal.

Le Boot Review
Our stay was nice. It is an older hotel with no elevator (which if you get an accommodation on the 1st or 2nd floor it might not have been an issue) but we were on the 3rd floor and the steps seemed to multiply over each trip up and down them. However, we had some amazing views from our room and balcony on the 3rd floor. We had plenty of towels and space in our rooms. It was nice having a full-sized refrigerator, tables and chairs as well as a ceiling fan. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to saty
We just came down for one night. Our room was ready when we got there and very clean. The people working the front front desk were very nice and helpful. We were on the third floor and the view of the ocean was very nice. We are planning to stay there again.

Right on the beach
Very simple and laid back place, a lot of pots, pans and utensils in the room. Big fridge and comfortable beds. The air condition was very loud and the wifi doesn't work. Otherwise it was a nice stay, short walk to the Boardwalk and beach. The pool was heated and very clean.

Le Boot - I would stay again.
The location was excellent. The price was reasonable. The room was clean, but the double beds were a bit too small for two people. We were on the first floor and there was a bit of street noise. The A/C was noisy. The wifi could have been stronger.

Good for the price
Nice size pool; ideal beach front location; just make sure you ask for a room on an upper floor so you can actually see the ocean, but all the rooms are facing the beach and at the north end of the boardwalk. No complaints but the bedroom could have been bigger. It has all necessary appliances and utensils but a tiny kitchen. Customer service was excellent, the gals at the front desk were very friendly. Overall, I was satisfied.

Clean and modern hotel
Enjoyed my stay at Le Boot. I would definitely come back next year. The room was very clean and modern. The room did not have that usual cheesy wildwood feel from staying at a typical wildwood hotel. One of the nicest hotels I've been to in Wildwood. Loved the room decor. Some friends visited our room and liked it soo much they even said that they would come back and reserve at Le Boot. Very nice accommodations for a reasonable price

Wonderful location, good stay
A friend and my 20 yo daughter and I had a nice two night stay at Le Boot. Pros-- fabulous location, right across a pedestrian street to beach, and at north end of the Boardwalk. Free parking, nice fully stocked kitchenette, lovely table and chairs. Decent AC. Lovely pool, free coffee in morning. Cons-- slatted door between bedroom and living room ( with pullout couch) meant all noise travelled in both directions as if there was no door. So those in one room could not fall asleep while the others were up. Room was tired, needed an update although everything was serviceable. We had an odd situation with our shower (room 100). The dials were reversed, so that red was cold and blue was hot. But the not so friendly red haired lady at the front desk hadn't mentioned it to us until we had no hot water for showers. The next morning we went in to ask about it and she told us, seeming pretty unconcerned about her oversight. What really bothered us about her attitude, however, is that she had spent quite a bit of time ensuring that we knew the smoking policy (none), and the parking policy(one car only) and the pool policy (have to get a wristband each day)-- all kind of warnings, with no seeming concern for our comfort. That was reinforced when we checked out and asked to use the pool after checkout. We were grudgingly "given" a whole two hours, till noon. We noticed that it was far from crowded while we were there, perhaps one or two other families.

Convenient location
The rooms we're old and certainly not worth the cost. I was very disappointed. The sheets were used, the towels we're not all spotless, and even the kitchen wash cloth was soiled looking. North Wildwood is beautiful though and Sam's still has the best pizza since my family started going there back in the 1960's. Next year it will be worth the money to stay in a newer condo. Time to tear down and rebuild the LeBoot.

Very uncomfortable feeling hotel called day before needing credit info after was already booked through hotel.com little shady. Several phone calls later to verify phone call was told this was normal NOT made lots of reservations over years NEVER had this happen.room was old outdated worn. Air condiontioner in bedroom wall rest of the rooms no air HOT. No phones in rooms had to use cell phone but they do not answer their phone still waiting old 10 inch tv remote does not work.bathroom don't even try to turn around no room but to stand. Paper towels would have dryer us better towels were horrid.not a pleasant stay let first thing next day with sorry can't reinsures you not our problem .oh no just eat the lost better yet don't go to Le Boot!!!

Nice hotel, close to beach and boardwalk.
Nice hotel, close to beach and boardwalk, yet far enough away from boardwalk to be quiet. Able to walk to nearby restaurants, the pool was clean and refreshing. Nice to have refrigerator, microwave, cooktop and utensils available if it had been a longer stay. Staff was friendly and had coffee available by the office.

My stay at Le Boot
I stayed at Le Boot because I was competing in a triathlon in North Wildwood. The location was right there by the transition and close to the ocean...couldn't have been better. Check-in was smooth and the people are friendly.

Great hotel in a perfect location
We had a wonderful vacation at this resort. So convenient, just steps away from the beach and boards. We actually woke to watch the sunrise then could go back to sleep. The complimentary coffee was a nice surprise too. Quiet, clean, family-friendly place. Will definitely return.

Good with caveats...
This is an older hotel in a very good, central location - on the beach with a prime-time view. The staff is lovely and accommodating. Room is very small but clean as were the towels and the refrigerator which was big. All good stuff. Here are the not-so-goods. They have a unit air conditioner which cools one room but not a unit in the main living/kitchen area so you have to leave the bedroom door open or it will get hot. They have a ceiling fan however this blew the curtain panels loud where it was difficult to asleep. The bathroom is microscopic but clean. WIFI is spotty and not reliable. A 10am checkout which is a joke when check-in is 3pm. 5 hours to prep a tiny room like that...I think not. Minimally checkout should be at 11 and relaxed until 11:30. Also beware when you book you are getting charged for 2 people only. There is a $15 per person charge for extra guests despite the room being represented as accommodating up to 6. Hotels.com needs to get these types of details ironed out with these businesses. This nickel and dime stuff is so typical of summer resorts! It is misleading and unfair and influences my future decisions to stay at places like this. I know they are seasonal and need to make money but it creates a bad experience getting fleeced when you are already shelling out $225 for a teensy 4 person room.

Le Boot Vacation
My stay at the Le Boot was a great experience. We loved the location to the beach and boardwalk. The area was quiet and family orientated. We couldn't have had a better time anywhere else. The manager and help where very pleasant and helpful finding places in the area to visit and eat. I would definitely return in the future. Thank you for a great vacation. PS I loved the coffee every morning.

Last minute one night stay
Great location near beach near board walk lotsa fun. Pool nice . Staff nice . Room a bit old and electric plug and lamp had damage. Quiet there our room was 1st floor it's was great location

Great location, a few inconveniences
I really enjoyed the room and location of the hotel. Check in and check out was easy. The only problems I had were a spotty Internet connection, that there was no elevator, so bringing luggage downstairs at the end of our stay was not fun (the gentleman from the front desk helped us up the stairs with our luggage), and that for some mysterious reason, the woman from the front desk interrupted our stay to see if the refrigerator was working? If it wasn't working, I would have called, or she could have called. This made me think she was checking up on us to see if we were only two of us in the room, which made me feel uncomfortable.

Really nice hotel, clean, steps from the beach!
Staff was so pleasant, room was beautiful, so was the ocean view from our 2nd floor suite. Didn't mind the extra charge for kids over 6.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. It was close to the boardwalk and just a short walk over the dune to the beach. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and had everything you needed. Con- The bathroom was very small.

If you are just looking for location
The room was just ok. The kitchen and bathroom is what bothered me the most. In the kitchen the cabnit door would not open unless you raised the "drop cieling " It was a room for 6 and there were 2 plates. Brought wine and cheese and couldn't cut the cheese with the knife they provide. Couldn't cut the watermelon either. They should not call the room a condo. As for the bathroom. Better not be over weight. You can just open the door to get in. Oh, and the sink for the bathroom is in the kitchen!! The shower was very hard to turn on and the water trickled out. The TV in the bedroom was the old kind with the slot for the VHS tape. Air conditioner was a wall unit and very loud. The beds we're comfortable and the location very convenient. We had friends meet us at the "condo" before we went to dinner and the management told them they had to leave. They were not registered guest and could not be on the premises. What a joke! I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate. We were. We booked days before just for 2 nights. We still had a great 3 days in wildwood with my sister and my teenage kids. Would just plan ahead and stay at a different condo.
