"The hotel is well located with a nice view on the marina. The stay was very pleasant apart from the check in. First of all, my partner called the hotel a day before to inquire about breakfast, asking if it is including or extra and the person on the phone was very rude and said they couldn't provide this information over the phone, before actually answering!
