"The gps photos ahead of time showed that there was a lot connecting to it from next door for semis. Unfortunately it wasn't updated to show the large concrete barriers that blocked certain areas so it was a bit difficult to maneuver in and the trolley wheel busted off after using, it was pouring rain when we left so it was a haul to bring luggage to the vehicle. "The staff were amazing at this property. I do not usually take the time to write a review as I travel often and am rather busy but when service is above and beyond I do make sure to give praise. Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! "
"A nice hotel in a great area with plenty of dining options nearby. Some even walkable. A nice pool area with not to many people around on the week days at least which is nice. The couch in the room could have been cleaned a little better but not a major problem. Would definitely stay again"
