"Great breakfast"

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the service to the facilities. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the location in the heart of Oxford Street made it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing"

"Good value for money Hotel in central Accra, close to all ministries and business districts. The room was actually good size and bed comfortable. Lots of meeting rooms for seminars. Amenities (Pool and Gym) are decent. Staff was friendly, and the manager was willing to improve things when highlighted (more linen in the bathroom for example)."

"I really enjoyed my seven-night stay at Frankie's. Everything was good, clean, tidy and it had all the basics I needed: a good night's sleep, a nice shower (with toiletry essentials), and a nice breakfast menu. The only downside is that the room doesn't have a window looking out onto the outside world. That said, I actually liked it because it gave me a chance to switch off and escape all the hustle and bustle of the streets of Accra. Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable place to sleep,...

"We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact."

"Room needs proper renovation"

"The host Fred a very good guy"

"This property is not at all what it looks like in the pictures as if the pictures were taken when they FIRST opened and NEVER received any maintenance. Ever since open. Not suitable at all "

"I stayed at Solaris Cozy Haven from September 20 to October 3, 2026, and the experience fell short of what I expected. During my stay, I dealt with internet problems and electrical issues. At one point, the entire front room had no power, and the bathroom lighting was not working properly. I had to shower in the dark. The host said maintenance was working on the lights, but I was not given a clear time for the repair. Housekeeping was also disappointing. I was told it would come every other...

"I was told the place is disability friendly but its definitely not. I wont recommend coconut grove to anyone, essentially, disabled people. Im a wheelchair user. If i could have move to a different hitel, i would have was extremely tired."
