Unfortunately it seemed like we got a room that wasn’t cleaned. There were dirty wet towels hanging in the bathroom. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. The door was open when we got there as well. The staff was friendly.

Great stay highly recommended

Great stay!! Very clean. Help was nice. Good comfy bed. Pillows were a little too fluffy for us but you can’t have everything. The hotel even smells clean when you first walk through door. They have a nice little patio with wooden rockers which I thought was very nice. Will definitely stay again thank you

In NP I’ve stayed for a lot more $$ and had a lot worse rooms. Clean, quiet, comfy bed, full sized chair, decent sized room. The Handicap shower was interesting, but hey, I’m not complaining it was wet and hot. Great place to stay the night before a colonoscopy!!!

POSITIVES: Staff was pleasant. I appreciated that the room lock did not make a loud noise when you used it, so it didn't disturb other guests. They thoughtfully provided a rack for you to hang your towels on. (Often hotels encourage you to use your towels over multiple days, but fail to provide anywhere for you to hang them!) The drapes were great! They were attached at the outer sides to a frame so no light was let in on the sides. They also had magnets on the inside edges of the drapery panels, so no light got in there, either. NEGATIVES: I stubbed my toe multiple times on the refrigerator that was under the counter when I used the sink. The lighting is way too dark! The light over the sink was the brightest, but still too dark for applying make-up. The A/C cooled just fine, but didn't remove the humidity. (Outdoor temp was around 90°.) It felt kind of damp. This room is in need of a deep cleaning. The carpet felt kind of tacky.

Nice but no breakfast

Was a nice enough place to stay for the night. I appreciate they have free parking. But for the price, they really should offer a free breakfast as that saves travelers like me at least $60. We had to walk across the lot to a little diner which was fine but pricey and very busy. I thought they had breakfast but they did not, so won't stay there again. That's a big deal for our family and what we have to spend on trips.

Oh the Mattress!

The room was clean. Although there was a problem with the mattress. I was as if a person weighting 500 lbs. had slept on it for an extended period of time compressing that side of the mattress. This side compression made it feel like you were sleeping on a side hill

Room I was provided was not cleaned from previous occupant. I should have requested new room, but I did not, so that’s on me. Upon request, staff immediately provided me with set of fresh towels. Over all, nice hotel, good value for the low price I paid for the room.
