"This is our favourite place to stay in Stratford. Has all the basic amenities, and everything is well maintained. The owners are friendly and courteous. It’s within walking distance of theatres annd the town and although the walk is about 20-30 mins, it is great to walk on a beautiful day."

"Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout."

"Very interesting concept for a B&B, there is no contact with the owner yet everything is extremely well communicated and provided for your use and comfort. The owner does live on site and just a text away. It was quaint, clean, comfortable and quiet all you need for a little get away."

"Parking spots are limited (and cost $20/day), but a short 6-7 minute walk away is the civic Cooper Lot which is free. The Avon Theatre is only two minutes away, and the Festival Theatre is perhaps 15-20 minutes away. Nicely located."

"what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either."

"Cute little old fashioned room. Super clean. Tiny little bathroom but no issues with it. Patio out front was nice spot to have our glass of wine before dinner. Beds were perfect. Fireplace can probably have the pilot light turned off now to reduce the heat load on the room. Continental Breakfast looked delicious. Bagels and yogurt. Beverages and water in room was appreciated. Little boutique hotels are a favourite. Check in Staff was super helpful getting us settled."

"So quaint clean and welcoming. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fabulous! We had a nice relaxing hottub time after our evening out. Room was so comfortable. Although we shared a bathroom we never saw anyone else and a second power room was a available. The neighbourhood was just as wonderful. We will be back."
