"Booked 2 rooms for 1 night and I can guarantee we will never stay again. One room had massive stains all over the beds while just being insanely dirty throughout the whole room! On top of that the heat didnt work causing us to move rooms. The second room had staining on the bed and sheets and was also very dirty throughout the whole room. Rooms did not smell good at all. From the time we walked in until the next morning when we left we did not ceel comfortable at any point. Only positive was the night front desk employee was nice and helpful out side of that there would be zero positives! "

"Poor check in. Not staff fault. System fault. Room was ech chamber for every noise in the hallway and adjoining rooms. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was clean except for certain areas. Toilet set sat crooked and would slide over while seated on. Breakfast was gross. Eggs soggy and oily feel in mouth. No oatmeal because staff couldn’t figure out how to make. Yogurt machine empty so staff member came from behind Front Desk, where she was touching all kinds of things, did not put on gloves, open the machine, squished a bag around, touched the tip of the tube that the yogurt comes out of with dirty hands and then put it back together, close it, and said here you go. Another staff member had a girlfriend hanging around with them while they were cleaning common areas. Very unprofessional, underwhelming and NOT worth the price. "

"The property is dated and needs to do a better job on cleanliness. There were food crumbs in the hallway and just overlooked areas"

"This is the perfect hotel for early morning flights out of CLE. With breakfast included and a free shuttle to the airport, you really can't go wrong. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming at the front counter, especially Shannon. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. This will always be my go-to. "

"Booked a room with two queen beds but the room had two full beds. Fitness center was closed and locked. Breakfast was lacking, barely any food at 8:00am till 10:00am. Internet was slow. Cleaning staff kept trying to get us to leave before check out. "

"Clean room, family friendly location, but the Shuttle driver left me behind even after I told him I would be right back after leaving the hotel keys in the room with my family. "

"It felt more like a flop house than motel. Yes it’s clean inside though I certainly wouldn’t take a bath in the tub. Staff was fine - neither rude nor pleasant. Air condition controls completely broken. No hair dryer and no shampoo etc. It was good and cheap but you get what you pay for. "
