"Check-in was easy, had a free parking lot, the room was spacious, comfortable bed, but oldn tacky greenish wall paper."

"Wonderful property, would highly recommend."

"Was very useful for events in the town centre. Some of the decor/internal needs a bit of TLC but looked clean and functional. Lack of gluten free sausages or hash browns on the breakfast buffet was disappointing but I didnt ask for GF so no idea of they would have provided some. Just perfect budget for a one night stopover before a conference though. Easy check in and I got parking. Thanks"

"Extremely hot very small and the room was dirty. There were stains from it look like some type of beverage all over the wall. There was stains in my bed and I was faced out to Banbury Road and it was impossible to get sleep. The only saving or redeeming factor was the Staff was absolutely wonderful."

"Well-priced hotel in a very convenient location. There are bus stops just a short walk away, and it’s close to shops and lots of coffee shops. The rooms are very clean and the Wi-Fi is really fast and staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Can’t complain so 10/10!"

"It was very good for the price point, the breakfast was great, room was fine, a little tried but difficult to find fault at the price point."

"At this price point I expected more. Self check in, additional cost for parking, no breakfast all contributed to making the cost feel high for what it was. Plus no make up of the room nor replenishment of coffee/tea/milk (and no visible way to request that as there were no staff about). Room was nice enough, and clean. Bathroom could have done with reflecting the needs of female travellers (eg feminine hygiene disposal bags?). Easy to get to the city centre / Summertown by bus or on foot...

"The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Excellent location with parking to explore Oxford."

"Older property, but clean and tidy. Good location for walk/bus into Oxford and useful having parking. Staff helpful and friendly. Good selection of shops and eating places in Summertown."

"The studio was ok but virtually all of the photos were not of the studio but of other listings which looked much nicer than the one I booked. Very disappointed that parking was not listed as first come first served, so I had no parking. Residence did not reply to any messages through the contact property link but they were helpful when I managed to phone them."

"Great location Good breakfast Warm welcome from the host. Will come back again."

"The bed and tv where excellent, everything in the bathroom worked but to say it was tired is very kind"

"Property is very run down and in need of maintenance as well as a deep cleaning. Staff were less than helpful. The fire alarm in my room went off from a boiling tea kettle and when they came to investigate they told me to use the kettle on the other side of the room. Not sure where they wanted me to use it as the room was small and I used it where they had the coffee station set up. I had used the prior evening with no issues. I did not have the breakfast as the options were only limited to...

"Staff were very accommodating always with a smile."

"This is a lovely hotel. However, the floor plan is very complex. The room we had (and certainly not the cheapest) was on the first floor. Up to the first floor in the elevator. Up several steps, down several steps and then down 2 flights of stairs. This is definitely not accessible."
