"Very clean and great staff on a busy weekend"

"Beautiful IHG Hotel. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to in this brand. Very accommodating with requests and staff is helpful & accommodating. Great stay!"

"Excellent hotel. My wife and I stayed for 3 days when visiting Coeur d’Alene. Only a four minute drive to downtown room was very clean and everything looked in great shape hotel staff is great as well. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony and it was very nice. One thing that was a bonus is every light post in the parking lot at a place for an electric plug to recharge our electric vehicle on 110voltage. You can reach a light pole from almost any parking spot. We will come back here...

"Very comfortable and clean place. The breakfast is amazing and staff seem to be very friendly. It’s my go to in Coeur d’ Alene."

"I liked everything about our stay at this clean Hotel! I highly recommend it to all others!"

"Excellent value. Clean and well maintained. Parking lot lights are very bright but room curtains a were able to block that well."

"Fine place to stay"

"The hotel was beautiful and breakfast was great. We were unaware that we had booked a ground floor room that exited to the outside. To their credit they later offered us a room in the main house but it was on the third floor (no biggie) but the entire house is run off a single thermostat."
