"Room was basic but clean and functional. Very good room service with towels changed and everything cleaned each day (not the case in many hotels at this price point these days). A fridge and microwave in room plus plates and cutlery was a great time savers with two supermarkets nearly opposite for some meals. Shower was hot and clean. Would stay here again."

"The hotel was very clean the staff were very helpful and friendly the food was very nice we ate in the bar area it was very relaxed. If I had one negative it was thst the bed was a little hard it could have done with a mattress topper. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. In particular the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. "Too small family room( 2 adults and 2 kids), and too small bathroom and toilet. Family room should have more space . Need more cloth hangers. We stay only 1 night so its ok to bear, but if more than 2 nights,it could be terrible experience."
