We stayed in unit 601. I was worried how the experience was going to be after reading the reviews, but the room was in great shape and our family had a wonderful time. Plenty of room. Great view. No issues at all. We will definitely be back again. Thank you!

The propery was a lot smaller than we anticipated.

The price of the property is quite high for the luxury of it. There was a hot tub that could not be used in the rain since it was located outside. There were no instructions on how to turn on the jets to the tub. There was no lazy river available to use. When arriving at the location there was no attendant available to instruct us on how to get access to our room. We were on the phone with Elliott realty for almost an hour before we were able to reach anyone to give us access codes to the lock box to retrieve our keys. This was not relayed prior to our arrival. The room was much smaller than we anticipated. I will not return to this property next year.

There is no room service and we have to take out the trash to the dumpsters. We literally have to to do everything and there was no toilet papers in the restrooms! I had to go buy some.

Much needed getaway

The stay was wonderful. My family was able to relax on the beach and spend time eating at different places. Also did a little shopping.

Not up to expectations

Check in was terrible. Office is closed on Wednesday and I was not told. I finally found out the key was in a lock box around the rear of office with no steps going down. Later found the drive down into parking lot on bottom but after I fell jumping down off the wall and hurting my back which ruined the rest of my time there. Room was mot clean. Hair in bathroom in tub and on floor. We ate out so nothing in kitchen was used except fridge, so unsure there. You get enough bath & washcloths but no hand towels. We used the washer and dryer to wash them everyday. Nice having them in the room. Small bedrooms. Recliner was terrible. Needs replacing. This was not the room like I was shown on the internet. The one you showed me would have been more compatible with our desire and needs. This is 2 times hotel.com has given me information on a room to find it different when I arrived. Used hotel.com going to Orlando area to find bedding set up was not correct making it had on us.

Not thrilled with certain things

We weren't informed that it was black bike week, which a lot of shops were closed and we were told to stay away from certain areas due to violence. Our washer didn't get fixed till two days before we were ready to leave and that was only cause I had to keep asking about the part. Our AC didn't work and I called and did what I was informed to do and still didn't work. There was a lot of fighting cause of the biker gangs and police were called to our resort due their fighting with the other tenants across the street. It wasn't a great place to walk around at night with our children because of the bikers hanging out in streets at night.

Overall it was okay. The beds were hard as rock, ended up getting a blow up mattress for the rest of the week. The sofa bed was the worst part. Looked as if the bed was at least a couple of years past the prime. Looked unsafe. Other than that the view was amazing and the location was good.

Labor Day WeekEnd Getaway

The bedrooms were very small but surely served our needs for this long week end I feel the condo could have been cleaner...the tubs were old and not that clean and the floors needed a good mopping. Wonderful location and great balcony. Parking was wonderful as were the elevators. I would return if there was a great deal.
