"I really enjoyed my stay, and certainly hope to get back to this hotel very soon. The quality of food at breakfast was incredible."

"Halfway between the science department and Edinburgh centre. Bus stop right outside meant it was easy to get around and leave the car in the car park. Lovely breakfast with enormous croissants. Would stay again."

"The room was clean but the curtains and chair were thread bare. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was OK during the week but excellent at the weekend. The bar and staff were really good but quite expensive. Overall it was a nice stay but in my opinion the hotel needs a over hall."

"Outstanding and caring staff optimised our stay. Gorgeous food and it was great to chat with the owner. Suggest an EV charge point for guests would be an enhancement. There was a commercial point just a couple of miles away in town, but being able to charge overnight would save time in our day and make sure we were ready to travel around visiting the region. "ที่พักดีมาก ห้องใหญ่สะอาด อุปกรณ์ครบครัน มีน้ำดื่มให้ฟรี ใกล้ bus stop นั่งเข้าเมืองง่ายมาก พนักงานดีต้อนรับและเเนะนำดี ประทับใจมากค่ะ"

"Very nice stay as we have had previously and we will be going back"

"Super friendly staff, right on the course, restaurant/bar and good breakfast. What else could you want?"

"Great location but very noisy in our front room at the weekend with revellers coming out other pubs. Staff all really helpful and can't do enough for you. Plenty choice at breakfast"

"It was a great place."

"Breakfast excellent staff serving great Omo gave us a great welcome. Gymn good. Hotel good value although reception area & sitting area is a little tired."

"It’s situated in the center close to the castle and lots of shops. It’s easy to get to via bus or tram from the airport."

"Couldn’t even go and they were rude and disgusting"

"The room we booked wasn’t prepared, they only had 1 bed. Staff brought in a pullout instead (which was not comfortable and not sufficient for us), at which point we dropped off our bags and went into the city. Upon returning at 7pm we found that we had no blankets for the pullout anywhere, 4 of the 6 ceiling lights were burnt out and we could hardly get light, and there were no staff there for the rest of the night"
