"The property was close to everything in Kelowna and the price was right… 5-10min drive to downtown and all the amenities in that area. The Residences are a 5min walk from groceries and restaurants as well. Room was perfect for my wife and i and plenty of parking. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The only thing that was tricky was trying to control the thermostat and AC… there should be instructions on a paper or something available in the rooms that detail how to change the temperature in the room… our first night the AC was too cold, then the next night we were too warm. Not the fault of the AC/Heater unit, just a lack of adequate info on how to control the AC/Heater Control Panel. Staff did give us some guidance but we still were having issues regulating the temp in our room. We will be back the next time we are in Kelowna over a summer visit."

"Sandman is a consistent brand. Having a pool was a nice break from the heat. Nearby restaurants were great for the family. Very pet friendly- lots of guests with dogs. Only complaint the ice machine was broken and the gym did not have sanitizer spray. Otherwise the gym facilities were great and staff very friendly."

"Staying their King lake view suite. Room was very inviting and clean. Separate wash area just outside the washroom made it easy to use. They allowed us to relax at the 19+ only swimming pool while we waited to check in which was perfect. The view from our balcony facing exactly west allowed for the most beautiful sunsets, was a perfect romantic getaway. We had free access to their kayaks and paddle boards, pickle ball and so much more. Dinner at Maestro’s Mediterranean restaurant was a great experience with Fernando Gonzalez playing live music. Perfecto!!"
