"Reserved and prepaid for a non-refundable room with King bed. Upon arrival was told room type reserved was unavailable. Was given a room with 2 queens. Check in took a long time. The room had only been partially cleaned. Soiled bedding for 2nd bed was piled on table. Only 1 bath towel. Went back to desk and asked for different room. Was told they had no other rooms. Asked for maid to finish making up room. Nobody available. Asked for clean bedding and towels to put on ourselves. None available. Was told manager would reach out to discuss discount or refund. Never contacted us. Also, after being told there were no other rooms, website showed King rooms available. Dishonest."
