"Horrible experience. Check in started at 3 and I arrived at 8. I was told my room was not ready and wouldn’t be for a couple more hours due to staffing shortage. The manager only offered to cancel my reservation or call me when a room was ready. My disabled veteran husband started having mental issues so they got us a room quicker. Then our room had no towels. I saw a teenage housekeeper in hall who gave us towels and found out her mom was assistant manager who asked her to come in and help out....

"The breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool was nice. It was very crowded as there was a baseball event and we ran out of towels every time we went. Our room did not get cleaned any of the four days we were there. We did set out our trash cans to be emptied after the first. I think the staff was doing the best they could to keep all the common areas nice and clean. I would suggest to put locks on the bathroom doors and to install fans in the bathroom. "Not staying again"

"The bathroom was not clean. Around the tiolet and bathtub had a dirt ring. Dust throughout and spider Webb by the air conditioner. Ice maker did not work and the gym equipment where broken."

"This hotel wasn't the nicest hotel we stayed at, but would stay at again. It was clean but definitely not the most up-to-date hotel. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only real complaint I have would be that the hot tub had so much chlorine in it, that we couldn't even sit in it because it burned our eyes so bad."

"The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great both mornings we stayed. They kept everything clean and refilled with a good amount of options for everyone. The lounge area was nice and clean along with the room. The provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash was great! Some things starting to starting to show some age and wear, odd damp smell in the main floor hallway, but overall well maintained and I would choose to stay here again for another Kings Island visit."

"We wanted a budget-friendly place to stay in Mason that was clean, had cold A/C, and included breakfast, and this was exactly that! The building could use some updates, and the gym was limited with a few machines not working. The common areas and elevator weren’t well air-conditioned. However, our room was clean, and once we turned on the A/C, it was incredibly POWERFUL. Housekeeping refreshed towels, emptied trash, and restocked toiletries daily.
