"Clean"

"The property was very welcoming, the rooms were inviting with warm colors, and the kitchenette’s were clean. It was a nice place to stay."

"Almost don’t wanna give away our secret, but that’s the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in!"

"The room was very clean with comfortable beds."

"Bar staff. Will make me book again. Not the Hotel."

"Friendly staff. Thanks!"

"We were never told the opening of the skyway was on the 3rd floor. We won’t stay in downtown Lincoln again. Just poor handicap street parking. No handicap on the 3rd floor. Just poor overall."

"I basically like this line of hotels, and this visit was no exception- great location, friendly staff, modern feel to the facility. I had a meal in their restaurant and it was very good. However, this particular property needs some TLC; the building seems a bit run down, they seemed to be facing elevator functionality issues during my stay, and there was a leak in my bedroom due to the rain outside. I would visit other Graduates again, but I would not stay here again."

"Clean room, quiet and comfortable. We love it, we will come and book again in this hotel"

"Front desk guy was a character. Had fun chatting with him but he was the highlight of the stay. The place is looking rundown. The place just needs tlc. My mattress had collapsed in one spot, there was just a bunch of small imperfections from years and years of being used without any paint/work done. Hot tub in the room had a soft spot in the floor so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. Worried it might leak and I’d get blamed."
