"Lovely hotel with traditional styling in a beautiful building with lovely gardens and views. We stayed here for one night following a celebratory meal for our daughter’s wedding. "Waterfront hotel rooms are located behind their restaurant. You check in to your room at the restaurant. Our room was small but nicely furnished and had a large bathroom. A quiet courtyard has outdoor seating. Breakfast was included. It was order off the menu with a great selection. In fact this was the best breakfast of our 16-day vacation.This restaurant also serves dinner and I think it was the best in town. The hotel is located in the center of town but most places close at 9pm. "

"Jenni and Mark are excellent hosts! Accommodations we're fantastic there were real American size king size beds in the rooms not the usual Scottish/ Irish little tiny king beds. The bathrooms were very modern the room was spacious the breakfast was fabulous they pretty much cook you anything you want from a full Scottish breakfast with eggs and ham and sausage and haggis to all kinds of pastries and cold cereals. They gave excellent recommendations for dinner in the area that were very walkable....

The property is well located near Cellardyke Harbour, and with the door opening onto a right of way to the beach, we were able to let our dogs out the door safely and straight to the beach. "Fantastic trip to The Weir lodge at Whitekirk Hill! The site facilities are excellent for families and the staff were most welcoming. This was our first trip here, but it certainly will not be our last. Myself, my partner and 2 year old son spent the weekend here and had a great time.
