"The couch was all dirty, flipped the cushion over and had to scrub the stain off it. Never sat on it after seeing the dirt on the one cushion when I walked in the room. Never being at this hotel the staff explained nothing to me, didn't explain how to get to the room, never asked me how my stay was. ..."

"The room was not at all as pictured on your website. There was no table or chairs at all. The doors were full glass and covering for them was a dirty sheet of fabric. No trash cans. Toilet only worked sporadically. Floor sandy. I understand a basic room but this was not at all what the Experian website ..."
