"Its not the most stylish or modern of places to stay but it has a lovely feel to it. Staff are honest, i left my ear buds and they handed them in. The building is quirky but i was so relaxed with my kids cos there was nothing to break/damage. I could smoke on the balcony and no one cared. I will stay here again 100%"

"We loved our 1 night stay here. The pods are almost new, super comfortable and pretty.
The shared toilet facilities were super clean, there were enough to be shared so no need to wait.
Location is great, very close to York City Centre and we were lucky to have nice neighbours in the pods around. Highly recommend it"
"The cottage is very quaint and neat!! The welcome guide left by the owners was very detailed and gave us information on local shops/eats/things to see and do. The kitchen was very functional, and the living room/dining was perfect! Beds were very comfortable and spacious, as was the bathroom! The surrounding village was lovely and the pub was a 10second walk down the road! We really enjoyed our stay! "
