Breakfast was lacking in options but was a great 5 day stay. Amenities are wonderful and utilized. Room was comfortable, ours was the smallest selected sq ft. and was tight. But served us very well, would definitely recommend. The walking paths are great and lead directly to mall.

My room was small and pillows lumpy but it was very clean and also quiet which matters to me. Staff was super nice and always downstairs. Good coffee and breakfast set up and a decent little gym. Lots of parking all around the building and it felt safe.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We had 2 rooms. The room my children stayed in had ants. The property was kind of run down and needs to be updated. I stayed there because I had a really good experience in the same branded hotel in El Paso, Texas about 3 weeks before. I would not stay at the Tru Hotel at Norfolk airport again. The shower in my room had a hole in the wall next to the shower controller.
