I guess you get what you pay for. Hotel in L shape and elevators are only at the one end so if you are way at the other end you either have stairs or lots of walking to get to other end. Door was a little off balance so we put a chair in front of the door to make sure it would stay closed and locked all night. There was hair all over the shower walls it was like eye level so someone purposely put it there. So shower was not cleaned. We got 2 rooms , our son and daughter in laws room smelled horrible so they moved them to another level. Breakfast was included, consisted of fruit, 1 type of bread(toast), 2 types of frozen bagels- they tore as you tried to cut them, 3 types of waffles, oatmeal. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Outdoor pool was not open this early. Location is great. It is across the street from the beach/ocean. You can actually see the water from certain rooms. Property was overall ok trash around but it was very windy out
