Staff were very helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The pool was very good and outside but warm enough. The gardens were beautiful and lots of places to sit outside or under the rotunda. Rooms had everything supplied that you could need.

Paradise was great. Staff were lovely and always happy to help. Could have been cleaner as there were a couple of cockroaches that frequented the room ans well and mould on the bathroom roof. The walls were thin so we could hear the people next doors conversation. A car is really helpful as it’s a little walk into town. Great facility

The property was set in lovely gardens, walkable to town. The only thing that would have made our stay better was a toaster in the room because food and dining is expensive on the Island.

Great place for families.

Staff and everyone on the island extremely helpful and friendly. So much to do (including swimming, snorkelling and diving in the most pristine waters), and to see, and if you're interested in early Australian history and family history research, this place is a gold mine. One of Australia's best kept secrets perhaps? And what a bonus, no flies! Just loved it.

Staff are amazing. Welcoming and personal. Hotel suffers from shortages seen over Norfolk in terms of staffing, produce and variety. Great range of tours and activities can be organised with no trouble. Most tour groups are over 70's so don't think this is a hotel with lots of kids around. Clean, good rooms, but it's staff like Tahni and Sam who will make it feel like home and you a favourite long distance family member.

Had a lovely pool view room which would have been great in summer. There is no heating in the rooms in this hotel. It does not get too cold at night but there is also no air conditioning for the summer, only ceiling fans. That may be enough as the weather is temperate in the summer too.

Very friendly and relaxing place to stay

I stay at this Resort for 5 nights and if I returned to Norfolk Island I would stay there again. The Staff are very friendly and the whole complex is very clean.
