Room was very nice, floor was a bit sandy still. There was a rowdy bunch upstairs that was up well passed 230AM partying on the balcony and in the parking lot. Pool was very nice, but we witnessed another guest washing their sandy feet off in the shallow end... I didn't see a wash area for guests coming in from the beach either. Otherwise, good for a quick stay to see your sailor- good access to the base and the highway.

Our stay was good floor was gritty when we checked in bathroom nice and clean and overall the staff was great and made our stay like we were at home and the fishing was really good and being on the beach was very nice and the pool and the hours for swimming was # 1. All of this combined made it an excellent stay.

The property is an affordable option right on the beach. And is generally clean. However it shows its age and price with minimal bedding and thin towels. I felt somewhat unsafe but did notice the front desk staff had security cameras for areas like the parking lot.

Clean room, No Beach view. You have to walk to the back of your hotel room to get to Ocean view. There are people living in the Hotel they take over the Breakfast area.

Exceptional location and the beach was clean with a safe "lagoon" to swim in. The rooms were clean, but the beds were not queen sized as advertised--they were full size mattresses, so just be aware of that. The breakfast was spartan but had waffle irons that pleased the kiddos. Overall an older motel, but we were happy with our stay given the price and location.

Needs some serious maintenance and fixing everywhere. Main lobby Smelled horrible like a sewer leak was active. View of ocean was great. Light next to bed did not work. Rooms need to be cleaned better. Dirt and dust balls everywhere... bed was comfortable. Did not try breakfast as it was right off the lobby and that smell was horrendous..

When it comes to the location, if your main goal is to be right next to the beach, you absolutely can't go wrong with this option, but you should also make sure to get a rental car because it isn't close to most of the area's more interesting attractions and restaurants. My husband and I stayed here for Supernova Ska Fest and took Lyfts from the hotel to and from the festival and to the after parties. We would have likely saved some $ on this option if we stayed closer to the festival, but the price of having a hotel room on the water could not be beat. I've never stayed at a hotel so close to the beach before. I think that makes it worth the more expensive Lyft rides easily. Their breakfast is a waffle maker, bread/toaster, Frosted Flakes, and coffee. Not the most exciting breakfast, but it's something. It shouldn't be too much to expect some fruit, though. When traveling, the hotel breakfast is sometimes our only chance for fruit. Just something to ponder, I guess. The rooms are cute, spacious, and functional. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and offered plenty of space for a few nights. We never used the pool, but the area was really well-maintained and the amenity/effort is appreciated. Idk if we'll ever be back to this area, but if we were we would come back here for sure. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.
