Property needs a lot of maintenance, our room had a bathroom door that wouldn’t close, remote with no battery cover, chair with stains on it, chipped furniture all around the room, bed sheets with holes on them, and a cracked window. When asked the staff to be moved to another room they stated they didn’t have a replacement and I just had to deal with it. I pointed out on their counter was many more room keys and they can place me in one of those rooms. They quickly said, you have to stay in that room because you are assigned to that room and if you don’t like it you can check out!!!! What kind of customer service is that, spent the next hour with Expedia customer support trying to get a refund for 7 nights. Would not recommend this particular hotel ever!

Clean room, comfortable mattress, five pillows that all go flat in ten minutes, on a busy boulevard, feels safe, 10-15 minute drive to waterfront but no nearby restaurants. I would rate the free breakfast a 2 out of 5. I don't know if they raised the price for the Sail250 event or if this is the normal price, but with taxes and fees, we paid $500 for two nights, which was WAY overpriced.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here! Rooms are filthy! Mold in bathtub, toilet seat not attached, sticky stuff all over the carpet, broken fingernails next to the night stands, old food and drinks spilt all over the side of the bed. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever checked into. Staff took 2 days to address any of the issues, and acted like our request for a clean room was absurd. No hospitality, no cleanliness and no class.
