This hotel was highly rated on Expedia. While the staff were very friendly; where the hotel fell seriously short was cleanliness. When we checked into our room (that had a musty odour) and opened the bathroom door a cockroach ran out. This is a hard no for us (obviously). We immediately went back downstairs and promptly requested a refund. The front desk clerk was very friendly and apologetic and there was no issue getting our refund. If you don’t like cockroaches I do not reccomend this hotel.

Nice hotel

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean and nice. I booked a room with pantry access, which had plenty of options. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and I would definitely come again.

I noticed a visible decrease in the condition of this property from a previous stay several years ago. The lobby and restaurant/bar still are clean and inviting. However, the elevators, hallway carpets, and bathroom tiles have seen better days. The staff was very kind and welcoming.
