"The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away.
My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here."
"The Black Lion is a lovely characterful pub with comfortable rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were pleasant and the food was delicious. Walsingham is a great place to stay with lots to see and buses running through the village to Fakenham and Wells."

"Enjoyed our stay. Would be nice to park near to the pub, car park is in another field which is a short walk away it seemed safe enough though. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did! "The family room with a double bed and bunk beds for the children was a good size. The hotel even provided a Z bed free of charge for our 6`2" son in case he could not fit into the bunk bed.
The food, bar and location are all perfect.
The staff were so accomodating as we had a dog with us. Very dog freindly throughout.
