Great location. Car park close by. Paid 11 pounds for 24 hours.
Self check in with key lock. Room 8 up top. view of estuary.
Nice Stay. Room not immaculate as paint peeling in places and shower door in wet room seemed to not close as meant to.
Breakfast was beeing cleared when we went down 30 mins before end time, but lady was lovely and put it out for us.
Really friendly and helpful. Room cosy, but perfectly formed…comfortable bed.

Breakfast was cancelled at very short notice. Check in was automated due to no staff as well. Room was pleasant enough but no hand soap supplied for the wash-hand basin.

It was clean and efficient, small but sufficient for a one night stay. All amenities supplied.
We had a lovely stay at The Quay Bed and Breakfast. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, the continental breakfast was also very well done. The hosting was also great and we felt all our needs were catered for. Would definitely recommend!
This little quirky B&B far exceeded our expectation. Beds were comfy, good quality bedding, nice wet room.
Facilities were great, use of a little kitchen. Free tea, coffee & hot chocolate. Plates, Glasses and cutlery provided if you have a takeaway. Nice are with sofas and tv.
Definitely will return and recommend.
Will was friendly and welcoming.
Definitely in the heart of things, very comfortable and beautifully fitted out and an ice cream shop next door. Would be nice to have some local info in the room and something to say when breakfast is available, but otherwise a really lovely overnight stay.
Perfect location , very comfy bed , thought would be noisy as right by the quay and it wasn’t at all
Found parking space later in the day for a 24hr stay reasonably priced too .
Wells is such a lovely place
A quirky b&b. Lovely inside and lots of thought has gone into the place by the owner. Very comfortable and relaxing place. Access 24/7 via coded door. Lovely settee area on ground floor with kitchen area. We had rooms 1. 4 and 6 for our group of 5 adults. Host superb. Nothing any hassle. Would go back.
Self check in went smoothly and the room was very clean, well presented.
Continental breakfast had plenty of choice and Hostess was very helpful and pleasant.
A very relaxed stop over whilst on our travels.

Parts of the room where dusty and we didn’t realise our bathroom would be disabled x were woken up at 7.15am on the Sunday by the setting up of the kitchen
Wells is such a lovely place always enjoy the visit
Would highly recommend the restaurant called Sands excellent food great value great service
What a lovely little B&B. My room was really lovely with a great shower room. The host was so friendly and could not be more helpful. My bike felt very safe left inside the property.
Right in the middle of town by the harbour, friendly and welcoming. My wife being a light sleeper was not disturbed once in either of the two nights stay. We would book again. ALBaker.
Lovely room, yummy continental breakfast, comfortable bed, fantastic shower, nice member of staff, great decor, easy check in. My only grumble is that the room was ridiculously hot! It was difficult to sleep in such a hot room!

October break
The room was small, but comfortable and clean. Very little space to put clothes or a suitcase. Would not recommend for longer than a couple of days, particularly as parking cost £15.00 a day.
This is a beautiful B&B right near the town centre with a great system for self check in. Whilst it doesn't have parking it is right across the road from the long stay car park which is only £8.50 for 24 hours. Lovely communal seating and breakfast areas. Continental breakfast was great with fresh fruit, toast, croissants, cereal, meat and cheese. Our room was small but nice with comfy bed and plenty of drawer/hanging space. The owner is lovely and makes sure you have everything you need. The gelato shop RIGHT next door is amazing but dangerous 😀 Would highly recommend!
A delightful property, unmanned, quiet, and in a nice location. Beware that parking is in the public carpark opposite, only free between 18:00 and 08:00. A continental breakfast is available from 08:30, so I didn't get to sample it as I had to leave at that time. Didn't see a soul, but this was a comfortable and reasonably priced, nicely decorated seaside guesthouse.
