"Problem solving = zero. "Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"I payed for the room in advance, but i was charged again upon leave. It was recognized in the last minute and promised to refund me in a week. Parking at the hotel costs extra, so we parked at the station instead. Breakfast can be approached either before 9 or after, but not at any time. If we wanted a dinner, we had to report in in the morning. Strange and somewhat funny rituals. "
