โรงแรมใกล้นรงสา บีช, บาตัม

"All the staff is exceptional. Great place to relax"

"Amazing if you want peace and quiet. Note that there is no aircon in the living and dining room. Only bedrooms had AC. Would have been better if they provided chairs at the balcony. If you want to enjoy the balcony view, you’ll have to stand. Walk over to nearby Turi beach for a better pool and sandy beach. Stayed 3 nights, family."

"The team on the beach for the water sports was very kind and helpful."

"Nice place but Why so many mosquitoes! Hope did not get dengue! "

"Room was as expected - clean, tidy, comfortable. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Will definitely return to stay."

"Property was clean just a bit more communicate to process with landlord, management, receptionist as the property not a hotel. So far is good"

"Amazing hotel and wonderful staff! This was our first time in Batam, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!"

"I am a non-smoker and had booked a non-smoking room. Upon checked in, I was allocated with a smoking room. The room is filled with cigarette smell. Called the front desk to change but was mentioned full. Then"

"Check in not smooth at all. When to the room door cannot open room card issues. Aircon not cold at all funny noise from the Aircon .Safe box not working at all need to replace battery.. Phone to front desk not working at all. Need to go down and up the hotel to ask for help"

"Location good. Breakfast is good Room is clean"

"Got a free upgrade but in an internal window which has no sunlight"

"Very good service. Hotel is dated but well maintained."

"Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet."

"Room very clean, staff very friendly, lobby feel welcome & very nice smell. If go to batam again, for sure i will choose this hotel for my accommodation."

"入り口の扉が固く　閉めないと閉まらない"

"Clean"

"수건이 너무 낡았습니다. 3-4년도 더 된듯 낡았어요. 그리고 호텔 조식은 너무 맛이 없었고, 서버는 차와 커피를 구분하지 못해서 고객에게 냄새로 확인하라고 합니다."
