"Like some Soviet-era government hotel, this was obviously designed to impress (and at first glance it does) but has staff that don’t seem trained or even that interested to provide a good service level. Food in the restaurant is poor, Wi-Fi service worse and there are zero amenities. Located next to a derelict building quite far from the center of town, they provide no bicycles or shuttle to and from the center. Our room was clean (if dated) but the area isn’t great and the hotel a big disappointment."
