Great room and the staff was courteous and helpful, the kitchen was well kept. The Manager Mr Anu was an great host and a amazing conversationalist. He made a good stay great . His suggestion on things to do etc was good. Hotel is in a nice location and was our stop on our way to Jabel Sams and Jabel Akdad . I would definitely recommend this hotel

Great value and friendly hotel

A great value place to stay, and a great location for touring the Nizwa area. The general manager Anu was very welcoming and gave us loads of advice on places to visit. All the staff were friendly, I would recommend this hotel. You do need a car.

Really nice apartment style Hotel to stay at. We enjoyed the stay here. It was very roomy and spacious. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful when we needed things like extra Waters or towels. All I would say is that it would help if they invested in some new beds to make them more comfortable as well as new pillows but that's just feedback to help them improve.

This is a very clean and nice apartment hotel. Anu, the manage, goes out of his way to help and he is ver resourceful, if you have any questions about the area. The location is a bit out 10-15 minutes drive from the fort but was worth it for us. I would come back here next time I visit the area.

An absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel in Nizwa last week! As a woman traveling alone, I immediately felt safe and welcomed as if I were at home. The team is incredibly warm and caring, always ready to offer perfect recommendations for discovering the region. My room was spacious and very comfortable, a true haven of peace after a day of sightseeing. The welcome was so sincere and thoughtful that I truly felt surrounded by loved ones. I highly recommend this hotel to all women traveling alone—you will feel confident and at ease

An excellent choice for your stay in Nizwa!

On our arrival, we were greeted by the owner, Anu. We were shown a lovely apartment with lounge and kitchen on the 3rd floor. It would be home for 2 nights. When asked, Anu, kindly shared many recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. They proved very helpful especially on our trip to Jebel Shams.

10 stars. Rented an entire apartment for the night with my mate. ABSOLUTELY STAY HERE if you are considering going through Nizwa! Staff was super accommodating. The manager took time to chat with us, make us feel very welcomed and provided some recommendations for the area. Parking was easy and plentiful. The location is a bit removed from downtown, roughly 17 minutes, but that is fine if you have a car. Zero issues or complaints. Would absolutely stay again

Excellent stay

Lovely accommodation at quiet part of Nizwa. We were received very friendly and got some tips of things to do in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, we arrived late and left early as we used this as a more budget friendly stay for the Jebel Shams balcony walk. Spacious apartment, king bedroom had a ensuite bathroom and the kitchen the necessities i.e. microwave/kettle

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a night. We were warmly greeted by Mr. Anupam Mathur. The check-in was smooth and the room given to us was extremely comfortable. All the amenities had been provided and we haven't received such warm hospitality in a long time. Mr. Mathur treated us like royalty and we highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is beautiful, simple yet elegant with plenty of attention to cleanliness and detail. The rooms are spacious and sunny, offering superb views of the dramatic mountains and desert nearby. The setting is perfect for families and those who want to travel comfortably. And while the property itself is immaculately kept, it is the hospitality that stands out most. All the staff go to great lengths to make guests feel at home and in making arrangements to nearby attractions. Very kind and courteous every step of the way. We had an amazing time. We booked two 2 beds app as a gtoup of eight and had a warm welcome from the start. The owners were even so involved and made sure we got the maximum out of our stay. This was by far the the best bang for buck and woild definitely revisit. Thank you Anu, Mohsin, Hassan and all team.

We stayed here 2 nights in a 2 bedroom. It was quiet and comfortable and very clean with great sheets and good towels. Easy to control the AC for each room. Amazing water pressure on the showers with quite ample hot water. Well stocked kitchen with some waters to. We actually got to enjoy the buffet dinner one evening which was tasty with variety. Grilled Chicken and mutton , a veggie curry, biryani rice, yummy yummy homemade chicken soup clearly made with bones as it was thick and delicious. Great salad bar etc. The staff were so hospitable greeting us at our car, carrying our luggage up to the room and checking us in efficiently. . We had a schedule delays getting to the hotel on check in day and they communicated very clearly that all was ok with our reservation They offered great suggestions for activities and restaurants. Definitely enjoy the food and the scene at Al Marshef ( nearby and recommended by Anu the manager). arranged a driver to take us up for fun half day trip into the Al Hagar mountains- did couple cool side hikes and then enjoyed a sunset -this is true hospitality! It’s only about 10 min drive to city center but if you have a car - easy free parking. Grocery and ATM near by. Highly recommend this place for the friendly nurturing hospitality.
