"The room had a massage chair and a pinball machine, no lamps just overhead lights, bed was hard as a rock and it was not in the nicest area"

"The hotel looked a little old. however was within walking distance of Itami Airport and walking distance from a train station. very convenient to access osaka through train. neighborhood felt safe"

"Very friendly staff, close to airport. "

"Easy hotel , close to the stadium."

"This was my first time staying at a ryokan. I had a wonderful time. The view was simply amazing. The dinner and breakfast meals were 10 out of 10 for presentation and taste. The baths were equally refreshing. The only thing I could critique is the bed was a little minimal compared to western beds I'm used to. I still got a great nights rest and would come back in a heartbeat."

"Really nice hotel in every respect."

"Very secluded "

"スタッフの接客は全員最高。チェックアウトが11時なのに朝風呂が9時退出なのが残念。 和室のサッシ際は隙間風が冷たくて困った。 エアコンの室外機が詰まっていてエアコンの効きが悪い。イルミネーションの半分ほどはホテルから観られるので、宿泊者の入場料は少しは割り引いて欲しい。"

"Great, great personal and the town is fantastic"

"Excellent facilities and comfortable stay. Half board dinner and breakfast was very good."

"Large space and very comfortable. Felt super homey and and walking g distance to all of the sights in town."

"The staff was very welcoming and spoke enough english to accomodate all of our needs. We got the room with the private bath with included dinner and breakfast in the room. Food was extremely delicious."

"The accomodations and bathing area are a bit worn, but this is reflected with the price. The service is exceptional however, and I really enjoyed the onsen. Onsen is tattoo friendly which I needed. There is a smoking area within the building. It was a nice, traditional experience; the breakfast was particularly interesting. "

"I loved this onsen/ryokan. I loved the massage chair in our room. I loved the breakfast buffet and extravagant dinners. It was very relaxing."
