"A cozy, relaxing place with well-planned accommodations. Their hot spring baths (onsen) will relieve you from all your fatigue. The delicacy of the dinner course and breakfast are unforgettable. "
"Its a typical traditional onsen ryokan with exceptionally focus on customer service. Only gripe would be you either need a local number or go to the tourist center to request for shuttle service"

We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. Dinner was amazing and served at sister ryokan 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was served downstairs. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Very friendly and welcoming ambiance. We could walk throughout the town with our friends and visit each other's full-sized apartments (complimentary shuttle also available with pre-arrangement). Yukata and jacket to meals and can be worn in town. Ours had Western beds and full private toilet/shower...
"Clean ryoukan in a picturesque little alley, a spacious room and a sublime private bath. You also recieve a free voucher for the nearby ki no yu onsen. The breakfast is massively large and tasty, I'll definitely visit again when I'm in Kobe. "
