"Arima grand hotelhas shuttle to and from the bus station. The staff, amenities and the whole property were top notch. The souvenir shop had some of the top items from town. The onsens were big and spacious. The onsen on the 9th floor had breathtaking view and the onsens on the ground level overlook a bamboo forest. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable! Loved this place, would certainly go back. Highly recommended! "
"Hotel is good. We did not choose mountaim view but the room is still good. Services is great. They picked us up by van once we reached the bus terminal, it's really convenient.
Hotel staffs are very nice. They always smile.
Foods are delicious. We were impressed by break fast and dinner they prepared specially.
Food decoration is very nice and creative.
Hot spring is nice. We can book in advance which is gorgeous.
