Overall my stay was good, but it should be noted when booking that you do not have a ceiling in your room and it’s open the rest of the floor. There are also no handwashing sinks in the bathroom.

Like: location is convenient for public transportation, walking, eating, iconic jazz scenes. Staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful.
Dislike: one of two elevators is out of service, ice machine is not operational, loud AC in room, exhaust fan in the bathroom is out of service.

Our room ac was not working right it was hot and we informed the front desk more then o be provides with a fan but was not helping. Then we were expecting for the AC to be fix during our stay and it wasent.
