"Way overpriced for what you get.. but it’s the only hotel at the airport so you pay for the convenience. Our package included the lounge access for complementary drinks and food but we’re not told about it at check in. We asked where the lounge was after buying dinner .. a bit too late. Staff were polite. Room looked good but a bit tired."

"When I initially walked in, I was worried. Downtown was not a friendly looking place. Everything inside was super clean, friendly and helpful. I saw the cleaning staff completely tearing down the beds for cleaning and washing! A restaurant is inside. They were wanting my business and trying to accommodate me quickly. The air-conditioning was set at 16C. Very cold. I turned it up. The location was very close to everything I needed. I would suggest this to others."
