Prima ligging in mooie omgeving. Minpunt zijn de smalle bedden en de douche die na 10 minuten pas warm water geeft.

Eenvoudige kamer met klein balkon. Klein keukentje. Niet echt een meerwaarde. Stoeltjes op het balkon zijn erg verwaarloost. Personeel is vriendelijk. Veel faciliteiten sport zwembad sauna etc.

Combinatie met sport zwemmen ed voor mij ideaal. Kamer is netjes maar veroudert. Geen probleem voor mij. Maar t kan beter. Service van ontvangst dame / sleutelontvangst en uitleg over waar de restaurants ed zitten.. Top! Ontbijt was ook keurig. Personeel top! Leuke lokatie en genoeg parkeerplaatsen!

Hotels oké, niet slecht maar zeker niet bijzonder. Er bleek kauwgom op 1 van de handdoeken te zitten. Na dit aangegeven te hebben werd ons een nieuwe beloofd. Volgende morgen zelf nog achter aan moeten gaan helaas. Het zwembad en de fitness waten prima.

No air-conditioning and hot weather made the heat in the apartment unbearable. It fluctuated between 29 and 31 degrees Celsius according to the thermostat (even with two fans running), but it felt hotter. The room was dusty and could have been cleaner. The spiral staircase to the loft was extremely steep and flimsy. One of the steps was broken and a heavier person could easily fall through. I pointed this out but it was never fixed during our stay. The room only has one key and cannot be unlocked without a key from the inside. One time I left the room and locked the door behind me, not realizing that my family left in the room would not be able to unlock the door in case of a fire. How did this hotel pass a safety inspection? On the positive side, the exercise room DOES have air-conditioning and pool is nice, and the people were friendly.

Aardig hotel, vriendelijk personeel, update nodig

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door het personeel, kamer werd elke dag onder handen genomen, we hadden koffie en thee, en twee balkons, maar de kamer is gedateerd, de koelkast sloot niet goed, de wanden van de douche niet echt schoon, het douchewater liep niet goed weg en het was gehorig (wij hadden een kamer met een tussenwand met waarschijnlijk een doorlopende laminaatvloer naar de naastgelegen kamer, zodat het leek alsof er soms iemand in onze kamer was). We hadden wel een lekker zitje in de kamer met tv. Het echte nadeel lag voor ons in de verduistering van de kamer. Wij hadden een kamer met een puntdak met ramen tot in de nok (3e verdieping). De gordijnen liepen niet door tot in de nok, zodat verduistering nauwelijks mogelijk was.

The apart-hotel rooms a large and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. They then down the beds, change the towels, give you a new sponge, cloth, dishwasher tablet and bottle of washing liquid every day, but they don't sweep the floor, and they don't give you a broom, so we spend a lot of time keeping in the floor sweeping up. The hotel is convenient for Arnhem and Nijmegen. There's an amazing rough and ready adventure playground in Groesbeek (Aventurenbos Stekkenberg) for children.

Great stay

In Julky 2017 i stayed at this hotel for the second time. Very roomy apartments, with a kitchenette and a sitting area. We even had two balconies to sit. Price was very affordable. The hotel is not staffed around the clock, the lobby closes at 10 PM and the back entrance is not well lit so it can be a bit scary. Also, late night entrance means taking one floght of stairs which can be cumbersome if you shopped a lot. But the staff was friendly, the kitchenette is fully equied and allows you to have a nice self-cooked breakfast in your room. You can also have breakfast downstairs if you don't feel like cooking. Impressive gym with inside pool make this hotel one of the best places to stay if you are in or around Nijmegen/Groesbeek area. Top.

Not worth the money spend

Personel is OK nice check in was fine. Rooms are OK there was ductape keeping the lamp together, microwave was not working and the walls are paper thin you can hear everything the neighbour is doing.. Nicht zufriedenstellend,

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Als ich es gebucht habe bin ich voneinem Hotel ausgegangen. Aber irgendwie ist es mehr ein Anlaufpunkt für Einheimische weil es ein Sportstudio und Schwimmbad dabei hat. Die Zimmer sind zwar mit Küche ausgestattet und mit 5 Betten ausgerüstet. Es gab auch einen Fernseher, aber so in ein Eck untergebracht, dass es nur begrenztes Sichtfeld gibt. Es ist wohl mehr ein Zimmer für mehere Personen. Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer gebucht. Der Laminat ar nicht sauber und mit vielen Macken. Die Wände leicht vergilbt. Auf dem Balkon stand ein voller Aschenbecher obwohl es ein Nichtraucherhotel ist. Die Heizung läuft nur 2 Stunden und schaltet sich dann ab, Super im Winter. Es ist irgenwie alles alt und verramscht. Der Wasserkocher total versift, der Duschkopf verkalkt und der Hammer ich musste abends und am nächsten morgen kalt duschen. Das geht gar nicht. Das Zimmer hat mit Frühstück 31 Euro mehr gekostet. Als ich um halb acht zum Frühstück kam war ich echt entäuscht. Die Möber waren unbequem die Tische zu klein. Wenn ich mir vorstelle, dass da eine Familie zusammen frühstücken möchte, das geht nicht. Dann war wohl eine Wasserleitung undicht. Die abgehängte Decke sog sich wohl mit Wasser voll und die Deckenplatten weichten auf und fielen auf dem Boden direkt vor dem Frühstücksbuffet, dann stand da noch ein Eimer der das tropfende Wasser auffing. Keiner der Angestellten war wenigstens fähig die herausgebrochenen Teile die auf dem Boden lagen wegzuräumen.

Waarom niet in een keer goed?

Het is niet leuk dat je een de sleutel krijgt van een standaard kamer als. je een superieur kamer hebt geboekt. Nadat we hierover geklaagd hebben wordt er zogenaamd een upgrade aangeboden. Weer sjouwen met je koffer is geen goed begin. Daarnaast vonden we het ontbijtbuffet karig.
