Central location, all amenities worked, very cheap price and just a small surcharge for breakfast. Very helpful front-desk young lady and a range of extras like iced drinks in the reception area, including ice cubes.

Friendly staff, great location. A lot of food around the area and very close to the main train station. Walking distance to a nice Sake brewery.

Hotel Okura Niigata
Although it's a little far from the station, it was great overall. The room was a bit small, but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was a wonderful stay.
