"We are very happy to stay here. It is close to most everything. Walkable to the falls. The room is awesome and they provide in bed breakfast. Love it!"

"I have never stayed a bed and breakfast before, and Im very happy I choose this one! The whole property was nicely maintained and close to all of the fun things to do in the area. BUT my number 1 reason to recommed Serene Niagara Inn is the hosts! They were both extremely kind and made us feel very welcomed. They have a nice breakfast selection that tasted amazing. Overall it was a wonderful relaxing place to stay. Thank you guys for making it feel like a home away from home!!!"

"Very clean and nice quiet place."

"Friendly staff & beautiful property! Delicious breakfast options. They do the little things that go a long way like access to coffee. tea, water, fruit during the day. We loved it!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Butterfly Manor Bed & Breakfast. The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient for visiting Niagara Falls. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"Features of the hotel, events, water park and room itself were great. The sit down restaurant food was not worth it, the breakfast buffet specifically. Don’t waste your money and drive down the road to eat."

"The $35 for parking was rather painful when one considers that it is the off season and there were plenty of parking and local lots were only charging $10 per night."

"Multiple previous stays at this property. Nicely updated, always clean and great location. The Keg is an excellent bonus. The breakfast option should be mentioned upon check-in. This was overlooked by our group. Also parking a bit pricey. Overall would return again."

"Absolutely an adorable B & B. The house is full of many antiques. Every inch of the house has art collections. The suite was charming and very spacious. The garden was spectacular. We sat outside and had tea one afternoon. We were there 3 nights and every morning there was a different hot breakfast. We had an opportunity to chat with the host 2 morning. They were very accommodating on the breakfast serving times."

"Ok"

"A heads-up for the next guest staying here: this is a place with no front desk and no one to help you check in. Please, please make sure you have received the entry code before your stay, or you won't be able to open the electronic lock. I would also strongly suggest that the platform double-check the phone number listed for the property, because when I was stuck outside the door, calling that number only got me a voicemail. I only managed to reach the manager after searching online for a...
