"On our arival we were greeted by wonderful staff. Really helpful nice and kind we booked in fast and easy and showed to our rooms. The rooms were great clean and comfortable. One of our rooms had an amazing view of the park which i sometimes dont find in amsterdam which is never really an issue anyway as you are out most of the day anyway just a place to stay and as long as the room is clean thats all that matters so this was definitely a bonus. The room itself was lovely clean well kept and the tea and coffee in the room was lovely and if you needed more or wantwd more or extra towels you were able to get these . In the reception area is a lovely comfortable seating area that people were sitting in having drinks and playing games and just chatting in which was nice. The hotel is situated really close to the museums and a great eating area with great bars restaurants and cefe. Plenty of shops around if you needed to pick up anything you need like toiletries or snacks or drinks and is close to a tram stop to get you anywhere around the city. Overall it was a great hotels and would definitely recommend "

"Very impressed for such an affordable hotel, the Mate room felt high end and comfortable. The tech features such as the window facade was lovely! Easy self service feel and nice staff, will definitely look for Ruby hotels in future. "

"The breakfast was amazing - set apart by the incredible views & the waffle & bagel stations. They even had a bottle of cava & bloody Mary’s to enjoy! Staff on reception are friendly & incredibly helpful. The location was excellent as short walking distance to Rai train station & a Metro station. I thought for the same amount of money it was better to stay just outside of the city in this gorgeously designed spacious hotel. I definitely made the right decision. "

"We had a huge room- but, over the front door- big window, not at all private, a little noisy, no fresh air. Room very clean and well equipped- robes, slippers, eye mask, etc. but desk lamp would not turn off except to unplug it. Heated towel rack did not work. Comfortable bed, many pillows. Bathroom spacious but odd- soap dispenser opposite tap at sink- 24” opposite. Weird. Hotel busy, felt safe, reasonably central- 20 minutes walk to anywhere, but in pedestrian only zone so no ride share or cab to the door- about one block walk. Breakfast room spacious and light, good assortment of foods- and hosts circulated offering fresh poached egg or green soup. Front desk staff very helpful and nice. Reasonably priced for central Amsterdam."
