A very nice tourist hotel with pleasant staff who recommended a restaurant (the Saint Gabriel) by the sea where we had amazing grilled octopus - their specialty.

A four night stop in an ideal location, close to the station and trams. Met by friendly and helpful staff and given a simple but spotless room. Breakfast available for a very reasonable charge. Several decent restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The staffs supported me for teaching something to eat, visit on a map, closing my laggage. To walk around with my really heavy laggages until the check in start but totally good opportunities I had there.

Great value. The room was good and the bathroom was spacious and renovated. Female staff who checked us in was great Breakfast at this hotel is expensive. For breakfast I recommend the cafe at the base of the Hilton Doubletree (short walk, right next to the train station). The pastries there are incredible. They let us use their luggage room on checkout day and toilet when we picked up our luggage.

Ok for a night

Because of the reviews I asked to see the room before booking. The staff was helpful. The room was clean, had wooden floors, and there was no signs of insects or mold. Though, there was a distinct smell that transferred to my clothes and luggage and remained when I came home. The hotel needs some renovation. The flaws are reflected in the price, which rightfully is lower than other hotels in central Nice. If you’re travelling on a budget, I would still say this is an ok hotel to stay the night. I slept well. It has aircondition and an elevator. Situated close to the train station, main shopping street, nice places to eat, and the sea is within walking distance.

Nice and central, only a couple of minutes walk from the main Juan Medicine Avenue, and ten minutes walk to catch the tram to Nice airport (25 mins to Old Town). Hotel was clean and tidy so no complaints and excellent value for centre of Nice. My only one gripe was check-in was a bit slow, but that's all.

Great room that exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was new and modern. The aircon was a lifesaver as it was quite hot. There was also a balcony. Receptionists were very nice and let us store our luggage. Everything was in walking distance and the train station is incredibly close.
