We enjoyed our stay at the property. Its location was great as we could walk across to the beach and to the town. The property appeared very well kept. Sara who hosted us was fantastic helping make our stay very enjoyable. She was so pleasant to talk to and looked after us very well.

If you go to Antibes look no more! This is probably one of the nicest local French hotels, right in front of the beach and right next to the best desserts in town (Eric Kayser). The staff was really nice and you can walk to old town in minutes! Amazing all around!

This hotel property is an a ideal location.The sea is literally across the street! My room had a balcony with a obstructed sea view but still nice.The bed was firm and comfortable. The room had romote control ac.The bathroom just had hand soap and shower gel.

Look no further than Jose Hotel for your stay in Antibes! The rooms and bathrooms are upgraded, the staff is very friendly and the location is excellent. It is about 15 min walk to the old town and the walk is on the promenade by the beach so it is pleasant. Very happy with this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay here in Antibes. The sandy beach is right across the street. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Cheerful and friendly staff down to the house cleaners! The front desk let us use their beach chairs, sun umbrella's and they even had large beach towels for rent for a very reasonable price. The breakfast food, including the coffee, was excellent as well. And of course the location of Hotel Josse was exceptional and the parking situation was very favorable because, yes, they have a few spots available at the hotel on a first come first serve basis but there is a large beach parking lot across the street from the hotel and there is also ample street parking. These are city run parking options and their cost is very reasonable with free times at night and on part of the weekend. My wife and I have traveled extensively in Europe and we loved Hotel Josse! Be sure to check out the restaurant Chez Mo which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, especially if you like seafood. They serve all day.

This hotel is great value for money the rooms very spacious the bathroom spacious too We had a sea view and balcony which made our stay even better The location is brilliant easy walking distant to all the attraction and restaurants and just across the road to a beautiful beach

This is a great spot right across from a popular swimming sandy beach! It’s a quick walk to get coffee or a croissant and not too far from the old town - a nice stroll along the water. The room was great - we had a large room with two balconies, a great sea view and a separate bedroom for our teenager! We did have a bit of an issue with parking - there was none available at the hotel so we had to park in the lot across the street. Not ideal but not the end of the world.

The hotel is located in the beach front of Antibes. The surrounding area is very quiet and clean. However, the hotel rooms are somewhat old and we had to carry our luggage upstairs and down because the hotel doesn't have elevators.

The front desk staff were very helpful and considerate. We had arrived early and although we couldn’t get in our room as it wasn’t ready, the woman (I wish I had got her name) at the front desk tried very hard to make us comfortable. The outdoor patio was lovely and the location is excellent with a beach across then street and a short walk to Old Town.

Great location & beach hotel

Great hotel - nice rooms with modern decor. Super friendly staff. Great breakfast with indoor or outdoor seating option. Location - great for Antibes, Juan Les Lind and across from the beach. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back!
