Beautiful place. The rooms is nice but the smell was horrible (old and moldy). The carpets the curtins and the furnitures need af steem cleaning. Unfortunatly this destroyd the whoe stay for me. I will not come back.

The beds were bad and the room smelled musty and stuffy. There were signs of water ingress and mold. We can't in any way recommend staying in a family room at this accommodation.

Staff was very nice and helpful but actual castle can use some TLC. It was very quiet for me where I felt little scared in the building. Breakfast was good though. Light in the rooms are on sensor I believe and whole night they kept coming off which scared me even more. I kept TV on all night to distract ourselves.

Anmoder om refusion for 3 overnatninger. Store Restrup Slotshotel jul. 25 kl. 15:00 PM - jul. 29 kl. 11:00 AM Rejseplansnummer: 72064446187917 Efter at have set vÊrelset bad jeg om opgradering til et andet vÊrelse, blev afslÄet idet vi havde hund med. Vi rejste efter 1 overnatning: vÊrelset lugtede af gammel rÞg, gulvet var sÄ skÊvt at man blev svimmel og mistede balancen, bÄde min mand og undertegnede har af forskellige Ärsager balance udfordringer, mÄtte sove pÄ gulvet nÊr dÞren hvor gulvet var plant, har foto af dette. KÞkkenet var lukket idet kokken ikke havde personale, kunne ikke kÞbe hverken vÄdt eller tÞrt, ikke sÄ meget som noget at drikke. Indgang til vÊrelset var mÞgbeskidt. Generelt bar omgivelserne prÊg af misligholdelse, langt fra forestilling om et slotshotel. Afventer at hÞre fra jer. med VH Rie Brandenborg

GennemgÄende dÄrlig oplevelse

Da vi ankom og fik vÊrelset viste det sig at det ikke var blevet gjort rent. Vi fik et andet vÊrelse som var yderst dÄrligt vedligeholdt, da bl.a. halvdelen af lamperne ikke virkede. Hotellet informerede os ved ankomst om at der altid var Äbent om natten hvis man kom sent tilbage, dette var bare ikke og det tog en halv time fÞr nogen kom og lÄste op. Morgenmaden var yderst lav kvalitet og servicet var ikke helt rent. Den var desuden ganske dyr.

Super romantisk hotel.

Super romantisk ophold. SkÞnt og rigtig hyggeligt hotel med fantastisk morgenmad. Hotellet er lidt slidt udenpÄ, men indenfor oser det af historie og hygge. Alt det de "moderne" kolde "just sleep" hoteller ikke er.

Vill du uppleva fawlty towers fast helt utan humor och charm? Åk hit. Finnes: DĂ„lig lukt Smuts VattenlĂ€ckage frĂ„n taket i frukostmatsalen. Hink att fĂ„nga upp vattnet med. De minsta dubbelrum jag sett. Toalettinredning frĂ„n 70 talet Kallt vatten i kranen. LĂ„st gemensam yta som man enligt information har tillgĂ„ng till. HĂ€r finns Ă€ven gamla pizzakartonger och ölglas man kan beskĂ„da pĂ„ matbordet framför motionscykeln. Tv (utan bild) Utdaterad information pĂ„ rummen t.ex. gĂ€llande wifi. StĂ€dpersonal med panik i blicken. Behov av renovering. Mycket heminredning/kvadratmeter. Möjlighet att slippa lĂ„sa upp dörren efter stĂ€dning.(Detta gĂ€llde dock bara 1 av 2 rum). Finnes ej: Trevlig nattpersonal (kan vara sĂ„ att han prioriterar sin egen fritid framför vĂ„r, dĂ„ han stĂ€ngde tidigare Ă€n utlovat) TvĂ„l pĂ„ rummet Tv kanaler med ljud. Takbelysning i rummen. ElsĂ€kerhet uppdaterad till vanlig 1900-tals standard. Det bĂ€sta med hotellet Ă€r att det ligger ganska nĂ€ra Skagen, vilket verkligen Ă€r en upplevelse och att en svensk fotbollssstjĂ€rna ocksĂ„ bodde dĂ€r men jag misstĂ€nker att det inte Ă€r en Ă„terkommande feature.

Godt hotel som kun 15 min kĂžrsel fra Aalborg C

Udvendigt kan Store Restrup Slotshotel virke lidt slidt, men der er klart gjort en del for at vÊrelser og andre faciliteter virker opdateret inkl. gode senge. Hotellet er igang med at opdatere deres wifi, som ikke virker specielt godt - og absolut ikke pÄ vÊrelserne. Super lÊkker mad og morgenmad - og et meget serviceminded personale.
