"The room was clean and building was quiet. Not many amenities available. Advertised breakfast included. No breakfast. Is off the main path from Niagara Falls. Halfway between Niagara Falls and Old Heritage Town."

"Staff is excellent and always available. Room was clean, plenty of towels, a little worn, but newer sheets and pillow. I would have given a 5 star but the breakfast was just cereal, bread, jam and butter. They have a toaster and microwave. The coffee was excellent and always fresh which a big surprise. For the money well worth it. Parking is free and plentiful. Too long a walk to the Falls, but the Parkway bus is just across the road and so easy to use. Leave the car and enjoy Niagara"

"My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. We’re definitely going to be back."

"Trish was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The table was set for royalty. The ambiance was charming. On the outside patio one could view birds, chickens and flowers. This was truly a great extra special place to stay. I would highly recommend staying there. It adds to the charm of Niagara on the lake with the beautiful Ravine winery within walking distance."

"Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!"

"Excellent stay in Niagara Falls! The location is one of the biggest advantages, with Clifton Hill, the Falls, and most major attractions all within walking distance. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The facilities were great, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone...

"We love this place! It was our second stay and we will be coming every year with our family. It’s super cozy, easily fits the 7 of us, nicely contained so children can’t escape the property, has a great pool that’s warm, a splash pad and a basketball court. It’s also really close to Niagara on the lakes main road. Great staff and great manager! Whenever we go we always wish we booked longer."
