I enjoyed the location and the room. The maintenance staff were quite nice too. Unfortunately a lady at the front desk wasn’t very nice after check in so that’s the only reason I’m taking marks off.

The rooms looks pretty outdated. The beds were comfy and the room pretty clean. It gets a bit loud outside. It was ok for the price we paid. Not bad of a walk either. The location was good.

Love the hot tub and pool. Could’ve used a little heat as it was cool at night but system had not been changed from A/C to heating. This is only a problem during the shoulder seasons. Mgmt should consider upgrading to mini split heat pumps. Otherwise, all good!

We only stayed one night to visit Niagara Falls and overall it was ok. The property is little vintage and could use a modern and clean touch, carpets in the hallway were little smelly. The room was spacious and the queen beds were clean and comfortable. I would recommend it for a short simple stay without luxury expectation.

It is a really nice, simple place to stay. It’s definitely one of the best budget friendly hotels I’ve stayed in. The bed was comfy and I loved having a balcony where I could see the falls. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It’s a short walk to all of the attractions and bus stops.
